July 3, 2018 - Three Rivers Community Action, Inc. is breaking ground on their newest property, Fox Pointe Townhomes which will be located in Austin, MN. Fox Pointe Townhomes will offer and 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes. The first phase of units are expected to be complete for November of 2018. Read more here: Austin Daily Herald

June 30, 2015 - Albert Lea city officals and members of the Wedgewood Cove Townhomes broke ground on the construction of 30 townhomes adjacent to the Wedgewood Cove Golf Club. Read more here: Albert Lea Tribune

December 10, 2014 - Lloyd Management team members enjoyed another evening at Sibley Park volunteering their time at the Kiwanis Holiday Lights. The weather was perfect and we all had a great time giving back to our community. Click to learn more about the Kiwanis Holiday Lights.

June 5, 2014 - Lloyd Management had a booth at the first Songs on the Lawn event of 2014. Employees handed out goodies and helped children and adults alike get dressed up and take photos in our mini-photo booth. Check out photos on our Facebook Page.

March 20, 2014 - Our very own Julie Hawker was presented with a Women of Distinction award which honors and recognizes women from the Greater Mankato Area whose achievements over a sustained period of time have made a significant contribution to community life and embody the mission of the YWCA. November 2013 - Lloyd Management participated in the fall 2013 Tapestry Project where we worked to build community relationships while providing educational tools to families so they can be active in their own problem-solving and stability. September 14, 2013 - The Tapestry Project has recieved an international award through the International Association of Chiefs of Police and Cisco. December 7, 2012 - Lloyd Management participated in the Greater Mankato Legislative Issues Forum at South Central College in North Mankato. This Legislative Forum was the first in a series of steps in determining 2013 legislative priorities for the region.

For the past three years, GMG and SMA (Southern Minnesota Advocates) have convened a broad base of community stakeholders to determine the collective and most pressing issues that ought to form our community legislative priorities.

The GMG public affairs team and the Board of Directors are currently in the process of establishing a long-term approach to develop legislative priorities. This forum will be the first in a series of steps GMG will take to engage the full continuum of business and community stakeholders. We know from past “information gathering” sessions this will be a worthwhile initial step in developing our 2013 legislative priorities.

The purpose of this session was be to garner initial thoughts on key community public policy priorities. Attendees will have an opportunity to hear from a wide range of community stakeholders on their top public policy priorities. November 28, 2012 - Brazilian Delegation to Study Mankato Community Policing Model. Lloyd Management was invited to participate in a panel discussion, to share about the collaborative effort that took place in building community through the Tapestry Project. September 2012 - Lloyd Management partnered with MCC (MN Council of Churches) and the Mankato Department of Public Safety to provide education and friendships to Hilltop Lane residents, area refugees, immegrants and new Americans. January 16, 2012 - Martin Luther King, Jr./Greater Mankato Growth presented Lloyd Management with a 2012 Business Pathfinder Award. The Pathfinder Award was created in 1986 and recognizes individuals or organizations that, in the spirit of Dr. King, are initiators or action takers in the struggle for equal treatment, human rights and non-violence. The award represents the ideal that all people should be treated fairly and equally without the fear of discrimination on any basis.
